Default Scotch Brite 'No Scratch' Cleaning sponges?

Do the SCotch Brite pads have cleaner in them? I am cleaning a turtle tank, but I want to be sure it will not harm the turtle.

No, they don't have soap in them. But to play it safe rinse the sponge really well before using & rinse the tank well after using the sponge & it wil be fine...
