from a kid with experience on his side i would recommend,
1st- if you have older siblins this is a given(the relationship and honesty you share will affect if you can ask them)

2nd- if you cant ask or dont have an older sibling, look to find a friend with one who is cool, this generally works best

3rd-everybody has an uncle who is down, any sorta family member that will be willing

4th- (running tricks) work the corner of the liquor store, make sure you use your finest friend, or oldest looking dude, remember tip well, i mean heeefty

always remember that you are not in the position to force any one to do this, they are risking their ass, so over compencate them always, best of luck

ps. build repor with someone who works late at the gas station or w/e, make it a habit to visit whenever they are visiting, i have made a few friends that work at gas stations that allow me to buy beer because they like me

dam... well do you have any friends 21 or older...if you do well then ask them and see if they would get you wat chu want other than that i dont think that you want to stand if front of a liquor store and wait and ask some stranger to get you the booze...

There are a few ways I have learned...

Older brothers or sisters or friends are the easiest way ofcourse, but if not what we call "fish" works, just stand around the corner of a grog store and if a nice enough guy or girl comes along ask them to get if for you and usually give them a tip, make sure you don't ask your parents friends though!

Take a vacation to any other country: Mexico, the Islands, Europe.

None of those places are hung up on drinking age, yet America has the highest rate of alcoholism. Go Figure!
