I recently started to walk her more than usual (as per my last question), so it isn't that she doesn't have enough timeout. She started yesterday and from yesterday to today she went 4 times in the same spot. I think I need to see a vet. Yesterday I walked her at 5pm and she went. Then again at midnight and she went. She also went earlier in the day. But when I woke up this morning at 8:30 she went on the floor (same spot).

Sounds like you should go the vet. The walking may induce something that you didn't realize was bothering her. Make sure you clean the spot really well with Nature's Miracle or some kind of pet cleaning agent that will remove the smell. Dogs tend to return where they have been.

what seems to be the problem is the dog may need more time with you actively. you could try walking at parks, and if that doesn't end it, it could mean physical or emotional stress,so take her to the vet and tell what is wrong.
