Guppy fry plagues with this tipsy disease?

Well, there had just been this plague with my guppy fry fish. What happens is that they start off with this yellow tint to their colour, then they start getting swimming problems. They stand with their heads to the ground, then they die. They die off one by one. Anyone here tell me what is wrong?
