Default my baby hasnt pooped in 6 days?

My 2 months old hasnt pooped in 6 days, she is breastfeed and now shes getting fussy and crying, I dont know what to do with her.
my doc said I cant give her juice until shes 4 months.
Shes crying and screaming like crazy, if i try to feed her she cries and refuse. She ussually to to 4 days but this is the longest thats why I thought that her fusinness and crying has something to do of her not being pooped in days.

breastfed babies rearly get constipated because breastmilk is natural and easy to brake down. I do enama's on my son when he get fussy. Take a nose bulb suction thingy you know the kind you use to clean mucus from baby's nose. fill it with warm water use vasiline to make it slippery then insert it into her rectum gently pump the water in DON"T suction it back out onece the water is in close her diaper ann put her to the sholder as if to burp her and pat her bottom for a few second that helps acess water come out into the diaper. Next sit down and it her on you lap facing. And talk to her calmly if she is upset she may begin to strain and grunt that is normal within 5-10 min. top she should poop even after a changing she may poop up a few diapers due to her bing backed up she's got 6 days worth. This is safe to do it's just a little warm water won't hurt her or get stuck somewhere and it works quickly also her poop may be runny no need to worry that's just the extra water you put in.

I have a two month old daughter with food allergies, and we have all kinds of problems with her bowel movemnts. I give her 1/2 oz prune juice in her 4 oz bottle once a day...it works wonders! Otherwise Ive used a small glycirin (sp) soppository, it worked but made her cry so I only did it once...good luck

um, call the doctor. If she hasn't gone in almost a week, she may be impacted and you have to be careful when doing home remedies to get her to pass.

Try a mixture of purified water with apple juice it might help her loosen up, and call the doctor.

Hello::

I might have a soultion, not the best thing but a home emmna!!

Here is how you do it, first get warmed water from the microwave (30 sec. should do it), add a drop or two of Baby Oil to the water, and then stir, heat longer if not warm to elbow touch!!

Then take a nose drainer, the one from the hospital with the long snot, should be great for this, and.... You then take the mixture, and load the bulb, spray the rectum with the mixture, then rub her tummy for a while and you can give the baby some Chamiloe Tea,

Make it like you would do for yourself, heat water, place tea bag in water, steep for a while, and then add sugar to tase!!! Then you put some in a bottle, only a few ounces two at the most, and this can help!!

I got all this information, from my daughter's Gastrointeroliogost, from Discrol Children's Hospital!! SO I know that it works, and my daughter was breastfeed for a while!!

Good Luck and God Bless,

It's normal for breastfed babies to go up to a week without a bm. Is she still wetting several diapers per day? If so, she's probably fine.
