I keep burping up a meal from 14 hours ago and I can still taste it. My stomach feels full from three days ago and I have really bad gas and I fart and burp many times an hour. I've had diarrhea for the past five hours.

I feel very bloated but I`ve been having diarrhea for many hours now.

My stomach gurgles very loud, like someone talking in a room. Sometimes right after the gurgling i feel like i have to go to the bathroom.

What is this? Temporary?

Temporary, just a stomach flu. Stay near the bathroom.

Oh my you seem to have an advance case of horrific gas. What in the world did you eat? If this keeps up you need to go to the emergency room. You don't want to keep having diarrhea because you can become dehydrated from that. This could be serious if it doesn't clear up soon.

Also, it could be food poisoning. Your first step is to take some medicine. I'd suggest some medicine that helps stomachaches and relieves gas and diarhea.
