is it 3200 you can bring back?

I have heard even some places like the canaries I think you cant even bring back 3200?

What places in the EU are sunny for definate in October or have a beach as another choice??

Spain and Belgium are the cheapest by far you can bring as many as you like back as long as you have paid the local tax and are for personal use. This dos not include duty free. Spain for the beaches.
