is kinda like an instense electrifiying feeling that goes through ur brain when u chugg down beer fast what is that

It's called ALCOHOL honey! It's bombarding your system! Alcohol is meant to be taken in slowly, so your body has time to adjust to it. Keep chugging that beer--that's a great way to get alcohol poisoning! Have fun in the ER!

erm...being instantly drunk? It goes straight to your head, so to speak. Happens with me and wine...
