Have something light and not oily(the alcohol branching has a lipophbic side which attracts long carbon chains which basically is oil and butter alcohol could linger in ur body for a longer time ). Have carbs and drink green tea believe me it works!!!

Food will make it worse. have some crackers, then wait 30 minutes. If you feel okay, then go for it.

breads are key. you need to soak up all that gunk in your stomach. pasta is good. i personally think meat is too much for your body to process after a night of drinking. Even french toast, yumm, would be better. Pop some advil too.

Everyone's different, you should eat it so that you know if it is good or bad for you next time you get drunk

when I get drunk, the next day I never get hungry, so for me a hamburger would be a nono. If you are hungry for a hamburger then it would be a.. yesyes.

I always feel like a hamburger makes everything better especially after a night of drinking. Grease is good on the stomach, sucks up the leftover alcohol. BUt depending on who you are, you will feel better or worse.

it might not necessarily make you feel better.

but i have found that grain products definitely feel better, such as bread or crackers.
