Default What is a good alternative to high sugar soft drinks?

The problem is that I am a night shift driver. My weak time is around 0300 hours. I would like to get away from all the Cokes and such, so that I can start to lose about 40 lbs...but I also need to be able to stay alert so I can make straight runs and finish in time for 1st shift.
