| Right. Here's what you can do and trust me, it DOES work, but you need to keep your willpower. Eat for breakfast one small bowl of bran flakes with skimmed milk. Snack throughout the day on fruit and veggies, gram crackers, natural yogurt, things that are low in calorie content. Eat for tea poached egg on wholemeal toast. This is proven the most healthy meal you could eat. Drink about 5 glasses of water a day as this will flush out toxins. After everything you eat, drink a glass of cranberry juice, this definitely stops fat absorbing. Exercise to keep in trim, swim for an hour or so every other day you will see results. This worked for me when I needed to fit into a bridesmaids dress. Trust me it works!!! |
