My daughter is 7 months old and still only breastfeeing. Over the past few days her poops have began to become thicker (not constipated) looking poops and smell a gross smell. I haven't really changed anything in my diet and she doesn't seem to be sick. Any ideas what's going on?? Thanks!

It is highly likely that she is teething. Teething can cause an upset tummy!

Probably teething. But also remember that once a baby passes 6 motnhs they need more iron in their diet than you can give them from breatfeeding alone so maybe she has an iron problem. I am not sure why the smelly poo would result but just trying to help!
